Atreya Chaganty
Co-Founder & CEO
Atreya Chaganty has spent two decades bringing strategic growth and management excellence to both global and fledgling businesses in the Software, Technology and Professional Services sectors. He is passionate about healthcare and committed to tackling some of the thorniest problems in mental health and care management.
He has an MBA from London Business School, a Masters in Science from Texas A&M University and an undergraduate degree in engineering and management.

Ram Balasubramanian
Co-Founder & Chief Analytics Officer
Ram Balasubramanian has spent the last two decades leading the charge on effective use of data and analytics in the travel industry. He is motivated by how technology, big data and artificial intelligence can come together to solve complex problems in healthcare.
Ram recently received an advanced degree in Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley; he also has a Masters in Systems Engineering from University of Arizona and an undergraduate degree with majors in Engineering and Mathematics.

Sireesha Cinthala
Head of Product Engineering
Sireesha Cinthala has over 25 years of experience in architecture, design and development of end-to-end software solutions in the areas of epidemiology surveillance, health care, home automation/security, IoT devices, and finance domain. She has excellent knowledge in Deep Neural networks, and expertise in Reinforced Learning.
She has an MS in Computer Science/Machine Learning from Georgia Tech, Atlanta and an undergraduate engineering degree in computer science.

Dr. Ivan Koychev
Clinical Advisor
Dr. Ivan Koychev is a Clinical Academic Psychiatrist based at the University of Oxford working on projects that explore laboratory measures, including ones based on digital technologies, to identify individuals at risk for dementia. He is clinically active as a Consultant Psychiatrist and in this role diagnoses and manages patients with dementia and other neuropsychiatric disorders.
He completed a PhD from the University of Manchester which focused on developing novel clinical study designs to accelerate the development of agents to affect cognitive deficits in schizophrenia.

Dr. Dan Joyce
Clinical Advisor
Dan Joyce is a Consultant Psychiatrist at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust and a researcher working on applying computational methods to clinical problems at the Department of Psychiatry, University of Oxford.
Prior to qualifying in medicine, he was a computer scientist. He holds undergraduate degrees in Medicine (King’s College London), Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence (University of Southampton).

Kanika Chaganty
Co-Founder and Data Advisor
Kanika Chaganty has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions driving substantive value in Health Insurance, Healthcare and Financial Services sectors. She is fascinated with data-driven innovation, it’s role in healthcare-related technologies and the related ethical considerations.
Kanika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from University of Oxford, Said Business School; she also has an undergraduate degree in management and engineering.

Dr. Neha Dixit
Clinical Advisor
Dr. Neha Dixit is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialty training in clinical neuropsychology. She worked as a Staff Neuropsychologist at the Gainesville, Florida VA Medical Center and maintained a private practice in Gainesville, Florida before moving to the Philadelphia area in 2017. She has worked with patients with a variety of neurocognitive difficulties. Dr. Dixit has extensive knowledge of cognitive and psychological changes within the brain, allowing her to assess and treat within a strong psychotherapeutic and cognitive rehabilitation framework.
Dr. Dixit completed her PhD program at the University of Florida. In addition, she completed her internship in clinical neuropsychology at the James A Haley VA in Tampa, Florida.
